PROGRAM NOTES

A.A.C.E. Graduation:  Multi-camera coverage of the Spring Commencement ceremony held on June 8^th, 2007. 

Board of Education Meeting:  The regular meeting of the Lansing Board of Education, televised “live” on June 21^st, 2007. Taped replays begin on June 23^rd. 

Calbery Awards:  Multi-camera coverage of the annual awards ceremony held on May 21^st, 2007. 

Eastern 2007 Senior Video:  This program was produced by the Eastern TV Class and includes interviews, short skits, and a photo slideshow of Quaker graduates. 

Eastern Graduation:  Multi-camera coverage of the Spring Commencement ceremony held on June 9^th, 2007. 

Eastern Homecoming 06:  Highlights from Homecoming Week.  

Eastern Senior Awards:  This ceremony was held on June 1^st, 2007. 

Eastern Winterguard & IB Flags:  This program includes footage of Winterguard exhibitions and a ceremony celebrating the IB flags in front of Eastern High School. 

Education Options Prom:  Education Options students walk the red carpet at the Ed Options Prom. 

Education Options Awards:  This ceremony was held on May 31st, 2007. 

EMS Challenge:  Conversations with EMS Challenge participants, featuring Hill Career Academy students. This 7^th Annual event was held at the Michigan State Police Academy. 

Everett Graduation:  Multi-camera coverage of the Spring Commencement ceremony held on June 9^th, 2007. 

Everett Orchestra Concert:  This concert features the intermediate orchestra, advanced orchestra, and string quartet. 

Extraordinary People:  Video features of the “Employees of the Month”. 

Hill Center Awards:  This ceremony was held on May 30^th, 2007. 

Pathways to College #1:  The first episode in a new series about Advanced Placement curriculum in the district. Superintendent Dr. E. Sharon Banks hosts this show, with guests Mark Rudd and Linda Angel-Weinberg. 

Pathways to College #2:  The second episode in a new series about Advanced Placement curriculum in the district. Superintendent Dr. E. Sharon Banks hosts this show, with guests Bersheril Bailey and Pam Diggs. 

Restorative Justice:  This half-hour talk show features a discussion about a new program in the Lansing School District, with special guest Nancy Schertzing. It was produced by Michigan Government Television. 

Sexton Fall Homecoming 06:  Highlights from Homecoming Week.  

Sexton Fashion Show:  This event took place in December 2006. 

Sexton Graduation:  Multi-camera coverage of the Spring Commencement ceremony held on June 9^th, 2007. 

Snow White @ Pleasant View:  The classic fairy tale performed on April 26^th, 2007 by students at Pleasant View Magnet school. 

Wooing Wed Widing Hood:  This children’s theatre production by the Everett Visual and Performing Arts Drama Department was produced for local elementary school students.
